However, because aftermarket wheels often feature custom offsets (+40mm to lower offsets) and varied backspacing, you must ensure the wider stance or altered offset will clear your vehicle’s fender arches, strut towers, and brake calipers without rubbing during full-lock turns.
Many popular Edge Street models (such as the 354 and 356 series) feature dual-drilled bolt pattern setups—such as 5×114.3 (5×4.5) paired with 5×120, or 5×100 paired with 5×112. This allows a single wheel design to fit a broad spectrum of modern sport sedans, tuner compacts, and crossover SUVs. Most Edge Street Wheels utilize a multi-fit hub bore (typically 73.1mm or 74.1mm). To eliminate high-speed steering wheel vibrations and convert the setup to a true hub-centric fit, we strongly recommend installing vehicle-specific hub-centric rings during mounting.
Edge Street Wheels are backed by a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty alongside a 1-Year Finish Warranty. The structural warranty protects the original purchaser against structural failures, cracks, or manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. The 1-year finish warranty covers paint peeling, clear-coat lifting, or chrome flaking from factory defects. Please note that finish warranties do not cover damage caused by harsh chemical wheel brighteners, curb rash, road salt corrosion, or stone chips resulting from daily driving.
Yes, in almost all instances, factory lug nuts will not work. Edge Street Wheels feature narrow tuner-style lug seats that require conical (60-degree taper) aftermarket lug nuts or spline-drive lugs to ensure proper seating torque and socket tool clearance without scratching the finish. Additionally, your factory Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors can typically be transferred, or you can opt for new pre-programmed TPMS sensors when ordering a complete wheel-and-tire package to ensure your dashboard warning lights remain off.
To preserve structural integrity and appearance, clean your wheels using only mild vehicle soap, water, and a soft microfiber wash mitt—never use acid-based cleaners or automated car washes with stiff brushes. After installing new wheels, it is critical to re-torque all lug nuts to your vehicle manufacturer’s recommended foot-pounds after the first 50 to 100 miles of driving, as initial heat cycles can cause lugs to settle. Re-balance your wheels and check lug torque periodically whenever you rotate your tires.
