Tire Returns
- Must be unused and unmounted
- Original packaging intact
- Do not ship individually if banded
- Labels must remain attached
Wheel Returns
- Must be unused and uninstalled
- No mounting marks or scratches
- Original packaging required
- RMA approval required
Tire & Wheel Packages
Complete packages must be returned together unless approved otherwise. Partial returns may not qualify for refund eligibility.
Packaging Instructions
To prevent transit damage:
- Do not place hardware inside wheel boxes
- Secure center caps separately
- Use foam/cardboard face protection
- Include RMA paperwork
- Insure shipment
